Quique Sánchez Flores returns to action nearly two years after his last experience with Sevilla. Opting for a different profile could have implied a risky adaptation period, given the team's delicate situation in the league standings. Alavés will be the sixth club that Sánchez Flores manages in the Spanish top division, where he has already accumulated 353 matches.
