The most critical phase of the work, which will require the team to play at another venue temporarily, involves the complete demolition of the current boxes and the preferred seating area. In this sector, a new structure will be built with two levels of seating and six floors of modern boxes, totaling 216 new units with terraces. The project culminates with the definitive closure of the stadium's ring through the creation of a fourth tier (fourth level of seating), which will replicate the design of the third, ensuring visual continuity of the venue. Inside, the pitch will be moved four meters towards the railway line to enable the new stand over Iberlucea Street. For the first time, the substitute benches will move to the opposite sector, flanking a new central access tunnel for teams and referees. The project also envisions that the third tier will become entirely popular, the expansion of the North and South Lower stands with improved slope and visibility, and finally, the installation of a complete roof over the four stands, keeping the playing field open to the sky.
