PSG Secures Ligue 1 Title After Victory Over Brest

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has officially secured the Ligue 1 title following their home victory against Brest. By reaching 73 points, PSG has matched the maximum points total that Lens can achieve this season, while also holding a decisive 15-goal advantage in goal difference, the primary tiebreaker in the league standings.

The match saw PSG take control early, with Lucas Hernández nearly scoring in the seventh minute. His powerful shot was tipped over the crossbar by Brest’s goalkeeper Coudert, marking an early warning for the visitors. Brest responded with their own attacking efforts, including a close-range shot by Dro Fernández in the 21st minute that narrowly missed the target.

Despite Brest’s attempts to grow into the game and create pressure on PSG’s goalkeeper Renato Marin, the first half ended goalless.
