News, goals, and analysis – only on the official A BOLA app. Betis has unveiled its second kit for the 2026/27 season, a jersey that brings back green in different shades and carries significant symbolic value. The color is associated with hope and serves as a vehicle for a campaign against bullying. “Never lose hope.” pic.twitter.com/6W4h1e263V The initiative takes shape through the message “Verde Esperanza” inscribed on the inside of the collar, linked to the campaign by the Betis Foundation and the Spanish Association for the Prevention of School Harassment (AEPAE). The jersey pays tribute to Sandra Peña, a young Betis supporter who took her own life in October 2025 at just 14 years old after reporting that she was a victim of bullying. The presentation video features Sandra’s family, showcasing her room and belongings related to the club. At the end, the new kit is revealed with the young girl’s name on the back, on her bed, next to her stuffed animals. The design of the jersey is inspired by Seville embroidery present in two works: the mantle of Esperanza Macarena, known as the “Camaronero” mantle (1900), and the mantle of Esperanza de Triana (1992).
