French newspaper L’Equipe reported on Friday about the dissatisfaction of some of the PSG squad’s key players regarding the club’s market options since last summer.
The blame is on Luis Campos, responsible for the club’s signings. The newspaper points out that Messi, Mbappé, or Kimpembe “did not understand” how Draxler (loaned to Benfica), Paredes, or Gueye were let go, while Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz, or Soler stayed, leaving the squad weaker as a result.
Marquinhos and Neymar recently had discussions with Campos, which fuels speculation. The failure to sign an experienced center-back is also pointed out as a focus of dissatisfaction among the squad’s most influential and experienced players.
