Ancelotti accepts Brazil job but doesn’t want a ‘war’

Carlo Ancelotti is determined to accept the proposal to succeed Tite as the new Brazilian national team coach, but he wants to do so without creating a war between the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and Real Madrid, with whom he has a contract until 2024.

This information was reported by UOL, stating that the Italian, who is in his second stint at the Santiago Bernabeu, does not want to leave the Spanish club on bad terms and will do the same thing he did when Real Madrid invited him in December 2019, when he was still linked to Everton until 2024: he did not speak publicly about the matter and waited for an agreement, which eventually happened, between the clubs.

The CBF is determined to wait, if necessary, until the end of the European season to have Carlo Ancelotti, as they have already appointed Ramon Menezes as interim coach.
